Packaging + Brand

  • Cru d’été is a french play on the word “crudité,” roughly translating as “raw of the summer” and/or “summer crew.” I had fun coming up with a playful name, brand & package design for a friend’s fresh-pressed juice truck that made the rounds of Montreal festivals & parks from 2009–2011.

Better Butter Cups

  • Chef Mallori is a Venice Beach treasure. She’s been serving raw vegan food since before it was a thing. And her clean-eating sprouted butter cups are as delightful as she is. When she started selling these babies at Erewhon, she needed to upgrade her packaging and enlisted me to design it. I proposed wrapping these delicious cups in her favorite color: rainbow.

  • Vancouver-based beekeeper Melissa Cartwright wanted a new brand & inexpensive packaging for her local infused honey. I convinced her a minimalist approach is best when budget is small (I recommend this to everyone with champagne dreams and soda budgets). The results were beautiful.
